What’s your cancellation policy?
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of appointment time or no-showed will incur a charge of 50% of appointment fee.
We reserve the right to charge 100% of a missed appointment fee after 2nd / 3rd occurrence.
Do I need to put a card on file?
Yes. Here’s our booking policy:
A credit card on file is needed in order to secure ALL bookings. We are unable to book an appointment without a credit card on file. All information in our system is protected, encrypted and secure.
